Q. what will happen with the information I provide to your company?
A. Your information is never sold or leased to third parties. It is necessary for us to forward the information provided to our local Real Estate Area Expert to enable them to complete your FREE appraisal and market update.
Q. Is this a valuation?
A. No, it is not a valuation. A valuation can only be undertaken by a registered valuer.me.
Q. How long will it take for my report to be completed?
A. We endeavour to complete all reports within 3 working days, however from time to time situations may arise where this is not possible. Please see our terms of use.
Q. What information will I obtain in this report?
A. You will obtain a list of comparable properties similar to yours that have recently sold via an emailed report. Our Area Expert may or may not need to call you to clarify any details of the enquiry first. You will also have the opportunity to have a full comprehensive report provided to you by our member agent which may require that your property be inspected so that any unique features of your property can be taken into account.
